Don’t let your stockpile of tired, oxidised additive manufacturing (AM) powders gather dust – or worse, be sold off for low-value scrap re-melting.
Return them to MPP Ltd, and we’ll bring them back to life. Using our in-house Fluidised Bed Reactor, we restore your powders to their original oxygen specification – or even better.
How it Works
Let’s get that powder back to specification for you!
- Minimum Order: Send us at least 500 kg of your oxidised powder.
- Evaluation: We’ll assess the powder in our PowderCal rig to test flowability and oxygen-reduction response.
- Processing: If suitable, we proceed to fully regenerate your batch.
- Analysis & Repackaging:
- After regeneration, we perform chemical and laser particle size analysis.
- Powders are blended and repacked into 10 kg Curtec containers under argon.
- Collection: Your renewed powder is made available for collection.
- Ineligible Powders: If regeneration isn’t possible, we refund your payment (minus a small evaluation fee) and provide you with a detailed evaluation report.
