MPP manufactures both large and small lots, delivering powders in quantities as low as 5kg through to multi-tonnage orders.

Our approach is to work with our powder customers to develop novel or conventional powder grades with properties that are not available from other suppliers.

This journey often begins at the R&D stage and continues through to production scale. We welcome the opportunity to work closely with powder end users to identify and supply powders that work best for them.  We are looking to create long term supply contracts   where following an R&D phase, in conjunction with the end user, high value-added components and coatings are developed.

We produce metal powders optimised for all additive platforms and can also customise composition and sizing to your precise parameters.  Customised powders can be delivered in as little as a few weeks, not months.

As metal processing expertise grows the need for new materials with optimised chemistries also grows.  We manufacture and supply alloy powders of cobalt, copper, iron, nickel etc at an R&D as well as a mass-production scale.

MPP only produces metal powders using vacuum induction melting with inert gas atomisation.

Like most manufacturing, metal powder production can be dangerous if not carried out correctly. We continually review our procedures for processing
different materials so that powder production/handling is carried out safety.

MPP uses only certified raw materials from approved suppliers with proven track histories.

We operate under the principles outlined in ISO 9001.
