Production Capability
When the R&D phase of your specifically-developed powder is complete or if you simply wish to purchase tonnage quantities of gas atomised powder to a MPP standard formulation then our production facility is available.
Based around Bertha powder is produced in batches of a few hundred kilograms up to several tonnes, sieved or classified to the desired size fraction and then characterised for size distribution, morphology and chemistry.
Powder is then blended to ensure uniformity between each packaged lot and then filled into plastic or steel containers under argon to prevent deterioration.
