MPP utilises process data for the production of high quality gas atomised powders from a data bank based on thirty years’ experience.
Process data includes melting schedules, refractory selection, gas type and atomisation parameters and the resultant powder characteristics.
This has been assembled from several thousand atomisation cycles and many hundreds of different alloy types and is probably the largest database of its kind in the world.
However the technology evolves by the week. If you have a new alloy or application in mind we will work with you to develop it using our R&D Service.
